Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the sales team to achieve the targets set by the company
- Develop a customer base in the aesthetics clinic, hospital, and distributor sectors
- Analyze the market and adjust operational plans to suit market conditions
- Coordinate with the marketing department to organize sales promotion activities and campaigns
- Train and develop the sales team to enhance their effectiveness
- Prepare monthly reports to present to management for decision-making
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Age not exceeding 36 years with a bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2-5 years of experience in the position of Sales Manager
- Strong skills in managing a sales team, with the ability to motivate and develop the team’s potential
- Decision-making ability and capacity to handle high pressure
- Effective sales planning and customer base expansion skills
- Understanding of medical aesthetic devices and products
- Excellent communication skills, able to educate doctors and related staff
- Good personality, confident, outspoken, and strong leadership skills
- Proficient in English communication
- Hardworking, patient, and possessing a positive attitude
- Residing in Bangkok or surrounding areas and able to travel for client meetings
